4.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one Account — whether under the same identity or a different identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. kc77 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and confiscate any associated balances or winnings.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your Account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number registered to a Bangladeshi operator. Any false or misleading information provided during registration will result in immediate Account suspension.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Any activity carried out under your Account credentials is your sole responsibility.

4.4 Account Verification (KYC)

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

5.4 Funds Ownership

Any Account suspected of involvement in money laundering or fraud will be immediately suspended pending investigation.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by kc77 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they or any derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly within each promotion. Bets placed using bonus funds on certain game categories — including but not limited to live dealer games and certain jackpot slots — may contribute less than 100% towards wagering requirements.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Activities that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk hedged bets to satisfy wagering requirements, colluding with other players to exchange bonus funds, and providing false information to qualify for a promotion. Any Account found to have engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and all associated bonuses and winnings forfeited.

6.4 Expiry of Bonuses

Bonus funds and free bets that remain unused or have not had their wagering requirements met within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion will automatically expire and be removed from your Account balance without notice.

7.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on the kc77 platform are final once confirmed by the system. It is your responsibility to verify all bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming a wager. kc77 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in circumstances where a manifest error has occurred.

7.2 Manifest Errors

In the event that odds, payouts, or game outcomes are published or settled due to a technical or human error, kc77 reserves the right to void any affected bets and refund stakes to the original Account balance. kc77's decision in all manifest error cases is final and binding.

7.3 Suspicious Activity and Match Integrity

kc77 takes match integrity very seriously and monitors all betting patterns for signs of suspicious activity. Bets placed on events subject to ongoing integrity investigations, or placed in circumstances that suggest prior knowledge of a corrupt outcome, may be voided without prior notice and the relevant Account referred to the appropriate authorities.

7.4 Game Malfunction

In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game or sports bet — including server disconnection, software failure, or data feed interruption — kc77 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet. Any winnings generated as a direct result of a proven system malfunction are not valid and will not be paid out.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kc77 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether in your own name or using a false identity.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy server, or other circumvention technology.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit promotional offers.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to kc77's systems, databases, or the accounts of other players.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated wagering with other players.
• Depositing funds derived from any criminal activity, including money laundering, fraud, or tax evasion.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing kc77 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to obtain an unfair advantage. Any such exploit must be reported to support immediately.
• Providing false identification documents or misrepresenting your age, identity, or location.

All content on the kc77 Platform — including but not limited to software, design layouts, graphics, logos, text, data compilations, game titles, and audiovisual elements — is the exclusive property of kc77 or is used under valid licence from third-party rights holders. All such content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
